As a GRC Engineer, you are an integral team member responsible for the design and development of core eGRC Platform capabilities (OneTrust, ServiceNow, Archer, Onspring, etc). Teams work with various clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements, current architecture, and approach needed for success of the engagement. Developers provide tool and capability recommendations based on your experience and research of the current product functionality. Responsible for supporting the design, development, and continuous improvement of eGRC platforms following industry standards, the successful candidate will collaborate with the existing internal GRC Engineering team (and customers) on activities and development projects. Development efforts will include (but are not limited to) custom portal pages, modules, API and software integrations, customized web pages, User interface policies, scripts, etc. You will participate in administration of eGRC platform to include upgrades, updates, etc. as needed.

Experience you will possess:

• Proven experience in software development, particularly in eGRC comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with industry best practices, standards, and trends related to eGRC platforms.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and clients to achieve project goals.
• Proficiency in customizing and enhancing eGRC platform functionalities, including custom portal development, API integrations, and scripting.
• Demonstrated ability to administer and maintain instances, including performing upgrades and updates.
• Knowledge of various development methodologies and an aptitude for creative problem-solving.
• Adaptable and open to innovative approaches, continuously seeking to improve technical solutions.
• Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established processes.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. 

This is a remote, work from home position. This role is to be filled outside the state of Colorado.
