Job Description
What’s the role?
We are looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Data Analytics professional to support the client's Talent Acquisition team in the analysis of TA data.
As a Sr. TA Data Analyst, you will build a data-driven culture within the client's People Team as we seek to identify exceptional talent.
What does the day-to-day look like?
- Talent Analytics
- Repeatable and ad-hoc TA metrics and insights reporting, such as monthly candidate reports and deeper analysis
- Identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns in disparate data sets from different sources
- Supporting and auditing datasets from the client's ATS, HRIS, a third-party analytics vendor, and any additional data sources as the business needs
- Translating data analysis and insight into the most appropriate visualizations for different audiences, and be recognized as someone who produces high quality output
- Partnering and supporting Talent Acquisition departments across the client's House of Brands
- Building models using data and conscious, documented assumptions that support future headcount planning
- Structuring routine templates to inform TA Leadership and Stakeholders of the overall TA business
- Customizing reports/dashboards to share trending analysis, pipeline analytics, and TA overall analytics data
- Talent Intelligence
- Owning Talent Intelligence Tool to support requests from Senior Leadership & Talent Acquisition stakeholders
- Managing Talent Intelligence business requests via Zendesk and partner with Project Managers to prioritize Talent Intelligence requests
- Communicating with stakeholders by hosting intake sessions, presenting findings, asking questions, and generating insights and recommendations
- Comparing internal data and external talent data for trends and blend into insights and recommendations, and completing any additional external research as needed

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:
- 5-7+ years of HR and TA reporting and analytics experience ideally with experience coming from a fast-growing company
- Proficiency in manipulating, storing, and reporting on data via Excel, Google Sheets, and/or SQL
- Experience working with data from disparate sources, and recognize common challenges when trying to transform data
- Proficiency R and/or Python for use in data analysis/data visualization
- Proficiency in data visualization skills using Looker, Tableau or a similar tooling
- Experience using data and derived insights to construct a narrative and tell a story
- Experience building presentations to effectively a story and present output
- Working knowledge of data privacy best-practices when working with sensitive employee data
- Working knowledge of different HR areas (i.e. Talent Acquisition, Operations, Development)
- Experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS system, and an understanding of how to build reports and extract data
- Excellent teaming, communication and collaboration skills
- Curiosity about the business drivers, TA processes and overall candidate experience, which will translate into data insights
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
