As a key member of the team responsible for developing, implementing, enhancing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform, the Senior Salesforce Adoption Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring optimal user experiences, with a specialized background in Wealth Management. This role involves designing and delivering top-notch learning experiences through instructional theory and digital adoption tools.
Responsibilities:

Influence (40%):

Deliver dynamic and interactive enablement experiences for all stages of the employee lifecycle, emphasizing onboarding, development, and skills mastery.

Create strategies to increase user awareness and engagement within the Wealth Management domain, improving productivity, efficiency, and positive user experiences.

Manage the design of a structured program for active user participation in platform changes, with a strong focus on user experience.

Ensure timely and efficient communications to Salesforce Users, covering enhancements, user impacting issues, platform awareness, and best practices.

Strategy (30%):

Collaborate with matrixed leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement program approaches, including digital adoption tools and initiatives.

Develop and communicate the enablement program vision and strategies, aligning with business value and goals.

Build and lead change management strategies for Salesforce projects impacting Wealth Management.

Administrative (20%):
-
Gain a deep understanding of clients and business, utilizing a data-driven approach to build a self-service strategy aligned with strategic goals.

Measure and evaluate the impact of solutions developed against KPIs to drive ROI.

Partner with stakeholders and team members to ensure timely delivery of systems readiness, communication, and training.

Technical (10%):

Evaluate, build, and execute technical solutions for Salesforce adoption, leveraging tools such as WalkMe, MyTrailhead, InApp Guidance, or Walkthrough.

Utilize project management software within SCRUM/AGILE and against Waterfall approaches, coordinating enablement deliverables cross-functionally.

Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in communication, adult learning, organization development, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience using Salesforce systems, with a focus on Wealth Management.

Advanced experience with WalkMe or other digital adoption tools.

Background in organizational change management, learning, or evaluating user experience (a plus).

Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
-
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
-
Demonstrated communication skills at all levels of the organization.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office or G-Suite.
Specific Technical Skills:

Proficient in Salesforce systems.

Expert in Communication Design tools.
-
Expert in WalkMe (or similar tool).
-
Advanced Beginner in Docusign or Conga CLM.
