Salesforce Technical Architect (On-Site)
Job Description
Our wealth management/financial client is seeking to add a Salesforce Developer to their team. The right person for this role is willing to come on-site and is located in Illinois, New York, or Florida.
This is going to be a part of their US team build out. The Technical Architect will be a very important leader as they create their Salesforce team and will oversee the Salesforce architecture and road mapping.
Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders, clients, and project teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Create Salesforce architecture plans in partnership with consulting partner and internal Salesforce Developers

Lead the development of custom components, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, Apex classes, triggers, and other Salesforce development tasks.

Design and implement data models and integrations within the Financial Services Cloud environment.

Identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability issues within Salesforce solutions.

Use optimization techniques such as code refactoring, database tuning, and efficient use of platform resources.

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. This documentation will include solution designs, architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications
Qualifications

Education:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Or equivalent experience.

Experience:
5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Technical Architect- financial experience preferred

Technical Skills:
Extensive hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including declarative development, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integration tools. Solid understanding of Financial Services Cloud features and functionality. Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and security controls.
