Salesforce Solution Architect (Financial Services Cloud Focus)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong background in Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Your expertise in Salesforce and deep understanding of the financial services industry will play a crucial role in driving successful digital transformations for our clients.

  1. Solution Design: Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and development teams to gather requirements and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud. Design comprehensive, scalable, and high-performance solutions that address complex business challenges within the financial services industry.
  2. Salesforce Implementation: Lead and oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and adherence to architectural principles. Configure Salesforce platform components, including data models, automation rules, workflows, user interfaces, and integrations, to deliver customized solutions that meet business objectives.
  3. Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate closely with developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions, including managing technical dependencies and resolving technical issues.
  4. Solution Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize Salesforce solutions, identifying opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and user experience. Recommend and implement enhancements, leveraging new Salesforce features, add-ons, or customizations to meet evolving business requirements.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices. Understand business goals and objectives to translate them into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions. Conduct workshops, presentations, and trainings to demonstrate solution designs and gather feedback.
  6. Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices within the financial services sector. Apply your deep knowledge of financial services processes, products, and customer engagement models to design innovative Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.


  1. Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a strong focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Certification as a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect is highly desirable.
  2. In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud. Experience in implementing and customizing FSC is essential.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions, including hands-on experience with configuration, customization, data modeling, workflow automation, and integrations.
  4. Strong understanding of financial services industry processes, regulations, and customer engagement models. Familiarity with industry-specific tools, such as wealth management, banking, or insurance platforms, is a plus.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and end-users. Experience conducting workshops and presenting solutions to clients is preferred.
  7. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor technical teams, drive consensus, and influence decision-making processes.
  8. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Additional certifications in Salesforce or financial services domains are advantageous.
