Salesforce Enterprise Architect
Job Description
** Preference is for this candidate to sit in Miami, Chicago, or New York.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect with a strong background in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), specificaqlly in the wealth management space preferably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to understand business goals, technical requirements, and system architecture. Design scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions, leveraging Financial Services Cloud and other relevant Salesforce products. This person will lead the roll out and architecture of FSC.
- Technical Leadership: This candidate will provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Ensure seamless data flow and efficient business processes across integrated systems
- Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the financial services and wealth management sectors. Apply your knowledge and expertise to drive innovation, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend new Salesforce features or technologies that align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Lead Developer or Technical Architect
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a focus on enterprise solutions and Financial Services Cloud implementation preferred
- In-depth understanding of wealth management processes, financial services industry regulations, and best practices preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, middleware technologies, and API-based integrations.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data management, and database concepts.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management frameworks.
