Salesforce Developer
Job Description
We are seeking to add a Salesforce Developer with thorough understanding of Salesforce architecture and API. The Salesforce Developer will work as part of a multi-functional team delivering high-end Salesforce applications and
features. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
This will involve meeting with project managers, analyzing project objectives, coding new Salesforce applications, creating customer workflows, maintaining user roles, and troubleshooting application errors.
Essential Functions
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions and custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning
Components, and other Salesforce development tools
Conduct comprehensive code reviews, execute testing, and ensure strict adherence to best practices, security
standards, and governance policies, especially pertaining to LWC and Apex.
Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce securely, including internal proprietary and third-party applications
Meet with business partners to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in
application design, configuration, testing and deployment.
Exceptional communication skills; ability to communicate with internal stakeholders to discuss requirements,
troubleshoot bugs and offer technical support as needed.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and
products.
Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status
reports, project plans).
Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the Salesforce.com platform
?Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
3+ years of hands on development experience (Apex and LWC) in Salesforce.
Bachelor’s degree – Computer Science/Information Technology major preferred
Experience with web services (REST, JSON, XML, etc.)
Strong communication and problem solving skills, with a focus on automation and modern development practices
Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
