Job Description
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in OmniStudio to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform using OmniStudio capabilities. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions that optimize the use of OmniStudio features.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform utilizing OmniStudio capabilities, including Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, and Email Studio.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to extend Salesforce functionality.
- Implement and configure OmniStudio components, such as templates, interactions, journeys, and content blocks, to create personalized customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
- Perform unit testing and resolve defects to ensure the quality and stability of developed solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including administrators, architects, and project managers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and OmniStudio features, releases, and best practices to provide innovative solutions and drive platform improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on Salesforce and OmniStudio development methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum X years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, including expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework.
- Proficient in utilizing OmniStudio capabilities, including Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, and Email Studio, to create personalized customer experiences.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, configuration, and administration.
- Experience with integration technologies and patterns, such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft.
- Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or AngularJS.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, and OmniStudio certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
