Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in wealth management to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders, including wealth management professionals, financial advisors, and operations teams, to identify and document business requirements related to Salesforce implementation.
Analyze existing wealth management processes and identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and automation opportunities. Evaluate current Salesforce configuration and propose enhancements to align with business needs.
Collaborate with technical teams, such as developers and administrators, to design scalable and sustainable solutions within the Salesforce platform. Ensure alignment with best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements in the wealth management industry.
Utilize Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules) to configure and customize Salesforce objects, layouts, fields, workflows, and approval processes to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with data teams to define data models, data integration requirements, and data migration strategies. Ensure data quality, integrity, and privacy within Salesforce, adhering to industry regulations and compliance standards.
Conduct user training sessions and create user documentation to facilitate smooth adoption of Salesforce features and enhancements. Provide ongoing support to end-users, address inquiries, and troubleshoot issues.
Develop test plans and test cases to validate Salesforce configuration and customizations. Conduct thorough testing, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing, to ensure quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.
Assist in change management activities, including change impact analysis, communication planning, and user adoption strategies. Facilitate change requests and manage the release process in collaboration with development teams.
Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements, new features, and industry trends related to wealth management. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of Salesforce solutions to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically working with Salesforce in the wealth management domain.
- In-depth knowledge of wealth management processes, including client onboarding, account management, investment planning, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and customization options.
- Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules) and data management concepts (data models, integration, migration).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions..
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks is a plus.
