Salesforce Developer - Wealth Management Firm

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our Wealth Management firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with expertise in Data Loader, APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Fins (Financial Services Cloud) experience is a significant advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling data fixes, data loader operations, and workflow-related ticket work within our Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Data Loader to perform data fixes, imports, and exports as necessary.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data integrity, workflows, and system processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance and business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate third-party applications and solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Data Loader for data import/export operations.
• Strong understanding of APEX programming language and Salesforce customization/configuration.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
• Previous experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder are a plus.
