Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Project Manager (Networking Focus)
Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly technical Infrastructure Project Manager with expertise in networking. This role requires a strong technical background, with an emphasis on networking technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a project related to business network and communication platforms. The project involves working with Cisco, Fortinet, and Meraki technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the project related to business network and communication platforms.
- Utilize extensive technical knowledge and experience to oversee the implementation and maintenance of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and other related networking components.
- Ensure the proper configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco ASA firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions for large-scale network environments.
- Maintain a track record of meeting or exceeding project deadlines in uncertain environments.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Fortinet FortiGate, SDWAN, and security technologies.
- Possess expertise in Cisco Enterprise Devices, Cisco Meraki Routers and Switches, Cisco Meraki Firewalls, Cisco Meraki Access Points, and Cisco Site-To-Site VPN (IKEv1 and IKEv2).
- Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical individuals, including in-store personnel, when troubleshooting network issues.
- Work comfortably under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business network and communication platforms.
- Certification in Cisco, Fortinet, and Meraki is mandatory (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, NSE, ECMS 1 & 2).
- Direct "hands-on" experience and functional expertise in at least one of the following: cloud technology (AWS, Azure, GCP), Cisco Meraki, or Fortinet.
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Ability to solve complex problems independently and generate innovative solutions in large-scale network environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines in uncertain environments.
- Familiarity with Fortinet FortiGate, SDWAN, and security technologies.
- Excellent understanding of Cisco Enterprise Devices, Cisco Meraki Routers and Switches, Cisco Meraki Firewalls, Cisco Meraki Access Points, and Cisco Site-To-Site VPN (IKEv1 and IKEv2).
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders during troubleshooting.
