About the Role:

As a Project Manager within our client's Creative Operations team, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating diverse projects critical to their success. You will be responsible for meticulously planning, executing, and overseeing initiatives while skillfully managing timelines, resources, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Act as the go-to resource for the team, offering strategic insights and recommendations for handling various stakeholder requests.
  • Deep dive into project requirements, even when ambiguous, and accurately grasp team and client needs.
  • Proactively communicate project statuses and manage expectations transparently.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, utilizing tools to enhance efficiency and departmental goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and external collaborators.
  • Function as an account manager, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (briefs, reports, plans) for easy access and organization.
  • Anticipate and address project issues promptly, collaborating to find solutions and maintain progress.
  • Implement quality checks, ensuring deliverables meet established standards and client expectations.
  • Effectively communicate upwards, providing timely and concise updates on project status and milestones.
  • Offer proactive and transparent reporting to management, highlighting achievements and potential concerns.
  • Possess experience navigating the creative process and managing projects with creative teams (designers, copywriters, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably with Product Management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strategic mindset, strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is a plus.

 

This role is to be filled outside the states of California and Colorado.
