Lead Developer
Our client, a custom software development firm is seeking a Lead Developer to join the project team supporting a financial services firm. The Lead Developer will have the ability to master existing applications in a complex environment for greenfield initiatives and customizations.
The Lead Developer will bring 7-10 years of experience with the following:
- .NET, React, SQL, C#
- Mentorship of developers, be more engaged with understanding the product and stories as they are planned
- Mastering existing applications in a short amount of time
- Skilled with legacy code and stored procedures
- Sets high standards of performance for oneself and the team
- Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans
Nice-to-have skills include:
- A strong preference for consulting firm experience
This is a remote, work from home position. This role is to be filled outside the states of California and Colorado.
