About the Role

In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in optimizing the experience on our platform. Your focus will be on streamlining logistics for both sending and receiving gifts, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable process for our users.

• Develop and refine the logistics framework to make gift purchasing and delivery as efficient and delightful as possible.
• Lead the way in proposing and implementing solutions to complex, unforeseen challenges.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business partners within the organization.
• Continuously improve performance and architecture to pave the way for future product features.
• Embrace a dynamic role that evolves with the organization's strategic direction and adapts to local legal requirements.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Experience in full-stack development, owning the end-to-end development of features using both back-end technologies (like PHP, MySQL) and front-end web interfaces (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with product managers, designers, and data analysts.
• Excellent communication, with a focus on clarity, transparency, and thoughtfulness.
• Ability to write clean, testable code with maintainability and scalability in mind.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with working on large-scale data, ideally using BigQuery.
• Experience with additional front-end technologies like HTML and CSS.

This role is to be filled outside the states of California and Colorado.
