Technical Support Specialist (On-Site)

About the Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment, providing hands-on technical support to users. You'll work closely with clients to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues, ensuring their smooth workflow.


  • Provide on-site technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
  • Troubleshoot software issues with popular applications (mention some common software categories without revealing specifics).
  • Act as a central point of contact for technical inquiries.
  • Manage and track service requests according to established procedures.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and user requests.
  • Communicate effectively with users, management, and other teams.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of information security policies.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with on-site experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of supporting mobile devices (mention some common platforms without specifics).
  • Proficiency in popular productivity and document management software.
  • Strong understanding of common operating systems and hardware.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools.
