Job Description: Salesforce System Administrator (Financial Services Cloud, Wealth Management)
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce System Administrator with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and a strong background in Wealth Management. As a Salesforce System Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting, configuring, and maintaining our Salesforce platform, with a specific focus on implementing and optimizing Financial Services Cloud to meet the unique needs of our wealth management operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and system architects, to ensure the Salesforce platform is effectively utilized and aligned with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, profiles, and roles.
- Customize and enhance the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support wealth management processes, including client onboarding, investment management, portfolio tracking, and reporting.
- Manage data integrity, perform data migrations, and ensure data quality and consistency within Salesforce.
- Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Implementation:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze wealth management requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations and customizations using FSC.
- Configure FSC features such as Relationship Maps, Household Management, Client Goals, Financial Accounts, and Financial Services Console to align with wealth management processes and workflows.
- Implement and optimize FSC components like Advisor Workspaces, Einstein Analytics, Lightning Pages, and Lightning Flows to enhance user productivity and provide actionable insights.
- System Integration and Support:
- Collaborate with developers and system architects to design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems used in wealth management, such as portfolio management systems or financial planning tools.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and provide timely resolution to ensure maximum system uptime.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and train users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
- Process Improvement and Documentation:
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation, streamlining, and enhancing efficiency.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and customizations to maintain an up-to-date repository of Salesforce-related information.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce System Administrator, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud and wealth management.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform administration, including user management, security, and data management.
- Experience implementing and customizing Financial Services Cloud (FSC) features and components.
- Familiarity with wealth management processes, including client onboarding, investment management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, and Flow Builder.
- Knowledge of system integration techniques, APIs, and data migration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
