We are seeking a Remote ServiceNow IRM Consultant who can be a part of the Pre-Sales and Architecture cycles that will support the end-client with their various ServiceNow IRM project needs. This ideal Consultant will have experience with the level of effort to complete the client requests as the Consultant will be a part of the pre-sale side, meeting with clients to understand their need and ability to create an estimated level of effort. 

• Review and translate customer use cases into detailed technical requirements and level of effort.

• Architecting and managing and configuring access controls, data imports, workflows, UI policies, notifications, reporting, service portal and other functionalities in ServiceNow.

• Support the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions by understanding problems, goals, and requirements.

• Performing environment/solution testing in support of development activities.

• Support maintaining the integrity of the ServiceNow system across production and non-production environments.

• Research potential solutions as requested by management and develop solutions in concert with engineering groups.

• Participate in all technical aspects of team deliverables including quality, performance, maintainability, and scalability.

• Create Requirements Definitions and Technical Specifications documentation.

• Provide end-user and stakeholder support, training, and documentation as needed.

 This is a remote, work from home position. This role is to be filled outside the states of California and Colorado.
