About the Role

As our Front End Developer, you will be responsible for implementing visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces. You'll work closely with our UI/UX designers and product team to bring designs to life, focusing on creating seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and React
  • Implement complex data visualizations and interactive tables using libraries such as AG Grid and Plotly
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
  • Work closely with the product team to understand and implement product requirements
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of applications
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Extensive experience with React and its ecosystem
  • Demonstrated experience with AG Grid for complex table implementations
  • Proven skills in data visualization, particularly using Plotly
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX)
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
  • Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications adhere to them
  • Knowledge of testing and debugging processes
  • Experience with build tools and task runners

 

This is a remote, work from home position. This role is to be filled outside the states of California and Colorado.
