Staffing Support Consultant


The Human Resources department at  is seeking a contractor to work alongside our HR, Legal, Finance, and Business Teams as part of a large, complex post-merger integration re-organization program.  This is an opportunity to work as part of a fast-paced team in a time of growth for the company.  This position will report to the program manager, with dotted line to the Lead HRBP for their assigned functional area.


Responsibilities will include:
  • Provide tools, process, analysis, and project coordinator support to the Division Workstream “ Pod” Team Leader, HRBPs, Program Manager, and other team members as they work through org design, staffing selection and notifications processes, and tracking synergy capture for company acquisition.
  • Gather, consolidate, and configure large sets of employee data in XLS worksheets – including ability to track, differentiate between, and compare multiple different scenario options while maintaining data integrity. 
  • Organize, analyze, and generate various summary-level and other reports for Business leaders, HR, Legal, and other teams.
  • Create organizational charts and other visuals using Excel, Visio, PPT, Workday, and other tools.
  • Create PPT presentations to help frame org design discussions with various stakeholders.
  • Partner with the overall program manager to ensure clear communication of deadlines within “ pod” teams, transparent tracking of progress, and identification / escalation of issues & risks.
  • This position will also handle other various coordination activities such as meeting technology setup, printing and disseminating materials, note-taking, and potentially some meeting facilitation.


  • Onsite presence in our office with typically a 40-hour work week. 
  • Attention to detail and sensitivity to employee data required.
  • Ability to work comfortably in EXCEL, VISIO, POWERPOINT. 
  • At least 2 years of corporate work experience.
  • Nice-to-have:   familiarity with MS ACCESS, Workday, and HR processes related to post-merger integration.
