Global Brand Marketing and Event Management Consultant


Global Brand Marketing and Event Management Consultant is responsible for supporting the company' s overall corporate marketing and event management strategies.


Assists with developing and implementing marketing campaigns; tracking data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings, trade shows and events; maintaining databases; preparing reports. The consultant will work as an event manager, responsible for assisting with the planning, execution and post-assessment review of events in both domestic and international regions


  • Assist with and/or manages planning and execution of internal and external special events including customer activities, domestic and foreign delegations and heads-of-state, employee and customer programming. Aid with planning logistics and generating appropriate content for staff and event participants.
  • Acts as project manager for various Corporate Marketing projects and collaborates with other Corporate Marketing & Communications departments on education and branding initiatives.
  • Work closely with product marketing managers to implement approved communications for promoting the event; assist with establishing communication protocols and operating procedures with the event team, outside vendors, and product marketing and sales teams.
  • Supports team for procurement and design approval of all premium items via the *Gifts channel. Researches and procures premium items for specific events or product marketing campaigns.
  • Represent the firm at related functions and ensure representation at key events.
  • Responsible for budget and invoice management and processing Perform various administrative functions in support of Corporate Marketing colleagues.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web-based search. Adobe Photoshop a plus.



Bachelor' s Degree in marketing, communications or related discipline, or at least 2 years event and/or conference planning and execution experience. Strong project management, written and oral communications skills. Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team environment with quickly shifting priorities”
