Employee Relations Consultant 

The Employee Relations Consultant will support the company’ s Employee Relations functions, including disciplinary processes and investigations into alleged violations of company policy.


Principle Accountabilities:
  • Supporting a performance management culture throughout the organization by providing coaching to managers regarding performance management
  • Conducting the investigation and resolution of allegations of violations of company policies, practices, and code of conduct and complex employee relations issues
  • Working with legal counsel to ensure that the organization is in compliance with all employment-related federal, state and local rules and requirements including recent changes/additions to employment law


Skills and Software Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with performance management coaching, employment-related investigations and the ability to practically apply knowledge
  • Outstanding communications, project management and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  • 8+ Years of related experience
  • Bachelor' s Degree
