CRM Business Analyst

The Technology Solutions department is responsible for designing and delivering state of the art technology solutions that are designed to create efficiency, mitigate risk, and grow revenue for the Firm. Technology Solutions focuses on technical excellence through innovative application designs, robust data integration and analytics, high availability infrastructure, and gold level service for our key stakeholders. Critical functions within Technology Solutions include Project Management, Vendor Management, Business Analysis, Data Strategy and Stewardship, Application Development and third Party Integration, Strategic Infrastructure, and Operations. The Technology Solutions department collaborates closely with Firm leadership and business unit heads to develop plans in line with business objectives.


Position Description

The Technology Solutions Department is looking for a skilled business analyst in the Front Office Technology team dedicated to supporting our Investor Partner Group line of business. The successful candidate will be dedicated to the success of the Investor Partner Group by gaining a deep understanding of their business processes and helping to deliver impactful technology solutions to enhance those processes. In addition, this candidate will work closely with business users to ensure their support needs are prioritized and resolved within defined SLAs. This is a hands on role, responsible for leading the development of functional and non-functional requirements assisting in translating those requirements into solutions, developing test plans and executing quality assurance testing against those plans, developing and execute end user training, and, managing and resolving end-user issues in order to ensure adoption and realization of the business benefits. This is a client-facing role requiring communication with users at all levels, so exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.


Position Responsibilities

· Become a subject matter expert in the core business functions and technology solutions of the Investor Partner Group

· Ability to analyze and understand complex business processes and present them in an understandable and logical format

· Develop detailed requirements documentation including user stories, use cases, design specifications, business process flows, and acceptance criteria

· Independently execute complex data analysis across multiple platforms through the use of Excel, and other available tools

 · Manage support issues raised by the business through to resolution and within defined support SLAs

 · Be very resourceful to proactively identify and engage available resources and subject matter experts in related areas to achieve your goals

· Build strong and productive relationships with key business stakeholders, sponsors, technology colleagues, and technology vendors to convey pain points, requirements, and process improvements in a clear and concise manner

· Confidently facilitate meetings with all levels of the organization including senior business stakeholders and senior management

· Ensure that all delivered solutions meet the highest quality standards and satisfy all specified business requirements through rigorous validation and testing

 · Understand the relationships, dependencies, and impact of related business functions to your area of responsibility

· Strong ability to multitask and manage time and priorities under pressure and meet deadline


Candidate Requirements

· Bachelor’ s Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field and 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Financial Services

 · Prior use knowledge of CRM systems and processes, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM

 · High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.) · A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, in particular with 3rd party vendors

· Prior experience working with sales organizations preferably within the financial services sector · Self-motivated, team oriented, flexible and able to multi-task

· Proactive self-starter with a positive can-do and ‘ no job too small’ attitude

· Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills

· Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills

· Results oriented with a high level of personal accountability

· Motivated by a fast paced, complex environment
