Analyst (Investor Sales Support)

The Business Development Team is responsible for managing relationships with existing investors and developing relationships with new investors. The team targets consultants, large foreign and domestic institutions (including public and private pension funds, insurance companies and sovereign wealth funds), wealth management firms, family offices and individuals. The team collaborates closely with other Investor Partners Group teams, as well as Firm leadership, Marketing, Direct Lending, BSL and Structured Finance to develop and execute fund-raising and investor service plans in line with Firm objectives.

Position Responsibilities

  The Sales Support Analyst/Associate will be part of the Business Development Support team. The primary focus of the analyst will be on the following: − Review and analyze multiple data sources and summarize findings in high-quality, factbased formal reports intended to help the sales team prepare for meetings and events

− Conduct in-depth research and update information on qualifying prospects to effectively anticipate the needs of our sales team

− Maintain and monitor daily sales activity to ensure information is input into our CRM for reporting purposes − Compile and deliver materials in advance of sales meetings and quarterly investor calls

 − Participate in data clean-up initiatives by building advanced data queries to extract, analyze, and scrub sales data − Test application updates to validate that they meet the team’ s business needs Candidate Requirements Qualifications & Experience:

− Bachelor’ s degree or equivalent education required

− 5-7 years of work experience, with experience in the financial services industry preferred − Prior experience using a CRM and creating ad hoc queries within a CRM preferred, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics a plus

− Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely across a wide variety of stakeholders

 − Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and drive to deliver high-quality work

 − Ability to manage changing demands in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines, learn quickly and independently, and improve processes

 − Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) are required
