UX Copywriter

About The Role
As Senior UX Copywriter (contract), you'll take the lead in shaping and implementing effective content plans across our buyer and seller experiences. You'll work closely with design, product, research, and analytics to meet business objectives, support customers, and drive brand loyalty. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Plan, write, edit, test, and improve UX copy, including interface language, product names, and navigational nomenclature, in addition to in-product education and marketing messaging.
- Think strategically and creatively about projects, from idea through production, collaborating with partners in research, data analytics, marketing, design, product, and engineering.
- Work with data analysts and researchers to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including in-person research and A/B testing, to create human, encouraging, and on-brand copy that drives product adoption and builds brand loyalty.
- Help strategize, implement, and maintain a consistent content strategy across the product experience. You'll understand how customers interact with the client's platform, use data to inform decisions, and ensure alignment between UX and marketing content.
- Assist with team planning, prioritization, and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX copywriting
- Experience supporting the full product development process, from vision to launch to iteration.
- A proven track record of translating complex tech and business concepts into clear and engaging writing with a strong, consistent voice.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills, and a data-driven approach to copy decisions.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience conducting content audits and making recommendations on optimizing copy.
This role is to be filled outside the state of Colorado.
