Senior Tibco Administrator
Job Summary
Are you a skilled and experienced Tibco administrator seeking to join a collaborative team? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy tackling complex challenges? Guardian is seeking a Senior Tibco Administrator to oversee our critical Tibco Suite infrastructure.
About You
  • Self-Starter: You thrive in a collaborative environment, turning ideas into actionable insights, and working both independently and within a team.
  • Experience
    • Over 5 years of experience in Tibco Suite Administration (iProcess, BW5, BW6, ActiveSpaces, EMS)
    • At least 5 years of experience with Tibco iProcess
    • Familiarity with AIX/Linux OS
    • Proficiency in:
      • Shell scripting
      • JAVA/JMX
      • Python (highly desired)
    • Database and SQL experience
  • Skills
    • Excellent at multitasking and handling changing priorities in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
    • Quick learner of new technologies
    • Experience with Splunk, Appdynamics, Zenoss, AWS CloudWatch, and CICD tools (a plus)
Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Lead the implementation and automation of Tibco Suite products.
  • Development: Design and develop business process management solutions using Tibco iProcess.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve critical issues related to Tibco iProcess, BW, EMS, and ActiveSpaces.
  • Support: Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
  • Migration Projects: Participate in migration projects to transition to new Tibco Suite versions.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with on-site and offshore teams.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide the architecture and design of Tibco suite products to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
  • Analysis: Interpret requirements, perform complex analyses, and present well-defined recommendations.
  • Innovation: Develop advanced technological ideas and guide them to final products for improved efficiency and functionality.
  • Middleware Maintenance: Oversee patching and upgrade work for Tibco Suite applications to ensure security and stability.
  • Project Support: Work with development teams to create and configure new middleware instances to support application development initiatives.
Location
  • Holmdel, NJ or Bethlehem, PA with flexibility for remote work, requiring 2+ days per week in the office



This is a hybrid role. This role is to be filled outside the states of California and Colorado.
