About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and technically savvy individual to join our growing team as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be the frontline hero for our clients, providing exceptional support across a wide range of IT issues. You'll wear many hats, troubleshooting everything from desktop glitches to network hiccups, while ensuring our clients feel confident and empowered with their technology.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Providing exceptional support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and onsite visits.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Windows desktops, Mac computers, Windows servers, and network infrastructure.
Managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other essential Windows server services.
Administering Microsoft 365, including email, Azure, and SharePoint.
Leveraging PSA and RMM tools to streamline your workflow and client management.
Maintaining and troubleshooting network equipment, including firewalls, switches, and access points.
Implementing and managing anti-virus solutions.
Performing file restores and data recovery when needed.
Documenting solutions and maintaining accurate knowledge base articles.
Staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
Who you are:
You possess 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably within an MSP environment.
You're comfortable and confident interacting with clients onsite, building strong relationships, and exceeding their expectations.
You're a Windows and Mac whiz, with a solid understanding of server administration, Active Directory, and network fundamentals.
You're a Microsoft 365 enthusiast, adept at managing email, Azure, and SharePoint.
You're a whiz with PSA and RMM tools, leveraging them to boost your efficiency.
You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.
You're a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or possess equivalent work experience.
