Senior Analyst – Front Office Technology

The Technology Solutions department is responsible for designing and delivering state of the art technology solutions that are designed to create efficiency, mitigate risk, and grow revenue for the Firm. Technology Solutions focuses on technical excellence through innovative application designs, robust data integration and analytics, high availability infrastructure, and gold level service for our key stakeholders. Critical functions within Technology Solutions include Project Management, Vendor Management, Business Analysis, Data Strategy and Stewardship, Application Development and 3rd Party Integration, Strategic Infrastructure, and Operations. The Technology Solutions department collaborates closely with Firm leadership and business unit heads to develop plans in line with business objectives.

Position Responsibilities

  The Golub Capital Technology Solutions Department is looking to add an experienced senior Dynamics CRM analyst to our growing team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of architecting, building and delivering a wide-array of business solutions on the Dynamics CRM platform that are innovative while adhering to industry best practices. This is a hands-on, team-oriented role combining a broad skillset with deep technical and functional knowledge of Dynamics CRM in order to empower our end-users and support their success.

This is a client-facing role requiring communication with users at all levels, so exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.

 Responsibilities include:

 − Customization and configuration of Dynamics CRM using approved, vendor supported framework and methodology, including but not limited to, field creation, form/page configurations, creation of views, custom workflow development, implementation of 3rd party add-ons and integration with other systems

− Ability to turn business requirements into system design specifications via architecture design diagrams, ERDs, and wireframes for consumption by both internal development staff and external consultants

− Ability to rationalize design decisions and provide recommendations to the business teams while clearly articulating the impact of various design options

− Participate in project scoping, planning and estimating including providing scope recommendations for releases factoring in any in-progress development

− Proven ability to create innovative solutions to complex business requirements and streamline/automate related business processes

− Work closely with the business analysts to design solutions against requirements and provide accurate estimates to the project manager

 − Prioritize and manage production support tickets through resolution as needed − Troubleshoot and provide guidance for business process issues and development logic issues − Proactively identify opportunities for advancement of this technology to provide the best utilization of the platform and best end user experience

Qualifications & Experience:

− Bachelor’ s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field of study

 − 7+ years relevant work experience, with 4+ years of enterprise level implementation experience with Dynamics CRM, preferably in a Financial Services environment − Working knowledge of CRM UI customizations including modification of the sitemap, leveraging business rules, and jQuery XRM DOM manipulation

 − Experience with MS SQL Server including ability to produce ad-hoc queries against the CRM data model − Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM features and limitations including the ability to weigh the benefits of native (OOTB) features against custom development − Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

 − Demonstrated experience delivering excellent service and support

− Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities

 − Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
