Job Description

We are currently looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented, and analytical RE Business Systems Analyst to join our Residential RE Systems team. In this role, you will support the Senior Business Systems Analyst by managing information and technical processes related to the loan origination system (LOS), recommending necessary changes, and handling operational requirements. Your responsibilities will include participating in the specification, planning, installation, testing, and support of advanced solutions for business challenges. Additionally, you will perform specialized project tasks to assist customers/clients, managers, or undertake self-directed projects. You will also provide technical support for the division’s various software systems, and offer software guidance and training as needed.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary).

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in information systems, data security, systems integration, or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with the mortgage industry is a plus.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with any loan origination system is essential.
  • Resourceful, tactful, and diplomatic in presenting and discussing requirements and plans.
  • Capable of extracting and analyzing complex information from business operations and management.
  • Ability to present complex technical information clearly to business staff and management.
  • Skilled in obtaining cooperation from management or information systems technicians on matters affecting corporate policies and procedures.
  • Effective interaction with both internal and external clients.
  • Ability to provide guidance, direction, and leadership to users and supporting staff, as well as internal clients.
  • A self-starter who is also a team player.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to communicate the division's objectives and goals to subordinates and create opportunities for staff to achieve them.
