HR Operations Analyst

The HR Operations Analyst position is responsible for supporting the HR division, specifically the HRIS and Recruiting functions as part of the HR Operations Team. This includes processing employees, entering job and personal data transactions. This position is also responsible for reporting and works with functional users to assist them with their specific HRIS and Recruiting needs and provides them with first level technical support. The position will report to the Manager, HR Operations.

This position is responsible for the following tasks:
• Manages the input of transactional data into HRMS, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and pay rate changes
• Supports recruiters by managing candidates; includes interview scheduling, onboarding packet management, and background checks/screening
• Completes enterprise-wide standardized human capital reporting in the HRMS
• Partners with HR users and liaisons within the organization to define requirements for ad-hoc report requests. 
• Performs first level technical support for HR users and escalates issues appropriately

The requirements for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
• Bachelor’ s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Business Information Systems required
• 3-5 years HR, Recruiting or HRMS experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytic and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail required
• Microsoft Suite and advanced Excel skills required
• Experience with one or more of the following applications is preferred: PeopleSoft, ImageNow, SharePoint, Business Objects, Taleo, Cornerstone and OrgPublisher
