Working within an Agile framework, you will be part of the scrum team, responsible for conducting requirement analysis, translating product and process improvements into end-to-end solutions, documenting these solutions, testing software changes, and providing advice to internal stakeholders. Your role will focus on enhancing the performance, maintenance, and functionality of our processes, systems, and tools. This includes offering production support, addressing inquiries, and handling incidents.

How you do this:
You can view the bank’s processes through the eyes of those stakeholders, drawing on this perspective when working on improvements to the products, processes, and systems for which your team is responsible. You use your knowledge, experience, and creativity to think up and propose improvements with your team. You use your communication and advisory skills to discuss and align with your team, product owner, and our stakeholders on the proposed solutions to win their support for your insights and proposals. You also aim to make the processes more effective, efficient, and cost-effective. Once your proposals are implemented, you can demonstrate an ability to support the roll out with our stakeholders.
You must operate and think at a university level and have between three to eight years of experience in business development or related fields.
